Product feels like good quality and the portion size is around 8-10g depending on size of food you use.. my issue with it is that it can sometimes not dispense food at the time you select, it shows on the screen that it’s dispensing 1 portion but nothing happens. For an automatic feeder this isn’t what you want.. and if you’re out and it doesn’t dispense your pet will go hungry and this is the reason I’m sure most people buy an auto feeder for when they are not home… unsure why it does this as there is little to no help available and the manual is basic. Easy to set up and select portion and times but poor if it doesn’t actually give your pet the food… I was really looking forward to using this and now I feel I can’t trust it. It’s not like it jams up it does nothing but shows that it’s dispensing on the screen.. I’d be weary and keep an eye on it at times just in case it’s not given out the food to your pet.
Very easy to use! Comes with USB and charging dock, so it can be swapped or placed to a dock USB port
Can be given up to 6 times a day, and each time, from 1 to 16 servings (11 grams each, with the food that I have) schedule you 1 portion every 2 hours and has worked well

Very happy with the feeder! works great and my fuzzy baby is very excited every time he hears the tink of food in his dish! LOL would definitely recommend this to other people and would buy it again in the future.
It works well. There is Korean in the manual, so it's not difficult to set.
Easy to configure the hours with the portions of meals. Useful that it has for batteries, so I prevent it from spoiling in case of power outages in my sector.
